#YOUthFactor and the start of a new journey

Over the years, I had the opportunity to work as an IT technical assistant at another company. It was during that same period that I had my first contact with web development, back at university. It was love at first sight seeing projects come to life online, and that became something deeply rewarding for me, something that motivated me to always seek out new forms and possibilities within development.

Near the end of my degree, my first opportunity in the development field came along, one I entered with an open heart and mind, ready to create and innovate.

This past July, I had the opportunity to join Capgemini, a company I had always heard great things about, friends and professionals I'd worked with had always recommended the experience, since it's a company that truly invests in the quality and growth of its professionals.

I'm very happy to be part of the first young talent group initiative at Capgemini, #YOUthFactor, joining a company and a team that consistently strives to encourage the growth of its employees every day.
