In a help desk, every second saved makes a difference, and that was exactly the goal behind this program. Built in C, it was designed to store the data gathered by agents during a company's support calls, streamlining the entire service process. It also automatically logs call information into a notepad and copies the obtained remote support IP directly to the clipboard with a simple Ctrl+C, cutting out manual steps and saving precious time in the daily grind of technical support.
